Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service & Receptionist Assistant with a strong desire to work, learn quickly, and support our sales team. This position plays a key role in daily follow-ups with managers and clients to ensure accurate communication and organization.
Responsibilities
Provide customer service in person, by phone, and via email
Perform receptionist and front-desk duties
Assist the sales team with daily follow-ups and tracking
Coordinate communication between managers, sales staff, and clients
Maintain organized records so no information is missed
Support administrative and office tasks as needed
Qualifications
Strong willingness to work and learn quickly
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to perform basic math
Good communication and follow-up skills
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, or administrative roles
