Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to patients and visitors Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally Schedule patient appointments and manage daily calendar Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries Maintain inventory and manage supply orders Perform light cleaning and general office upkeep Assist with filing and administrative tasks Qualifications: Previous experience in a medical or dental office preferred Billing experience in an office setting preferred Bilingual required (English/Spanish) Strong customer service skills are a must Proficient in office software and computer systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us? These files are designed to be read by a computer and are intended to be available at the industry level for health care researchers, policymakers, analytics companies and applications software to have access to health plan costs nationally on an aggregate basis for the first time. Machine-readable files are a requirement of the Transparency in Coverage Final Rule. Health insurers are required to publicly display certain health care price information via machine-readable files on their websites.
