Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $90,000 to $100,000 /yr. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer federal, state, VA, and other government-related contracts, with primary focus on Hearing Aid, Repair, and Parts & Accessories agreements.
- Collaborate with sales channels and internal stakeholders to support contract binding, implementation, and ongoing management.
- Oversee contract development and lifecycle activities, ensuring compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and principles of integrity.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contract terms and provisions; serve as the primary point of contact during negotiations.
- Facilitate contract strategy discussions, including pricing, timelines, deliverables, and risk considerations, in collaboration with senior management.
- Ensure accurate entry, maintenance, and security of contracts within internal systems and external portals.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, identify issues, and manage modifications, renewals, extensions, and closeouts.
- Communicate contract changes, deadlines, and key updates to internal teams and business partners.
- Develop and maintain contract standards, templates, and reporting (e.g., bi-weekly status updates).
- Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Serve as liaison for HIPAA compliance as it relates to contractual obligations.
- Represent the organization professionally in all contract-related external communications.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives, including new product introduction (NPI) activities, to ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
- Provide administrative and project-based support to the Government Services team, including special assignments as needed.
- Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
- Meet all performance and behavior expectations outlined in the company performance appraisal and / or communicated by management.
- Perform responsibilities as directed achieving desired results within expected time frames and with a high degree of quality and professionalism.
- Follow good safety practices in all activities.
- Establish and maintain positive and productive work relationships with all staff, customers and business partners.
- Take personal initiative for professional development.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential Company information.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent experience or training.
- At least 3 years of experience working in a position that involves interpreting, applying, and ensuring compliance with government contracts and policies.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail and timely follow-through.
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills.
