Location: Dunkin’ – Defense, Hwy Gambrills, MD

We are hiring friendly, dependable, and hardworking Crew Members to join our Dunkin’ team at our Defense, Hwy Gambrills, MD location.

As a Crew Member, you will help provide fast, friendly, and accurate service while preparing Dunkin’ beverages and food according to brand standards. We are looking for team members who are reliable, work well in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in keeping the restaurant clean and organized.

Responsibilities include:

• Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, refreshers, food, and other menu items correctly

• Take orders and operate the register accurately

• Maintain speed and accuracy during busy periods

• Keep workstations, equipment, dining areas, and the restaurant clean

• Restock products and supplies throughout the shift

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and Dunkin’ brand standards

• Work together with other team members to keep operations running smoothly

• Arrive on time and ready to work for every scheduled shift

• Willing to clean, stock, prepare food and beverages, and assist wherever needed

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is helpful but not required

Availability:
Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend availability may be needed. Applicants with flexible availability are preferred.
