About the Position
We’re seeking reliable and motivated delivery drivers to join our FedEx Ground team. As a delivery driver, you’ll be responsible for safely operating a company vehicle to deliver and pick up packages within your assigned route. This is a fast-paced, physical role that requires excellent time management, customer service skills, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and deliver packages safely and efficiently to homes and businesses.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and time schedules accurately.
- Use handheld devices to record deliveries, obtain signatures, and track progress.
- Handle packages ranging from small envelopes to up to 75 lbs (with or without assistance).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle at all times.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, dispatch, and team members.
- Adhere to all company policies, traffic laws, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (no major violations in the past 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Prior delivery or driving experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 lbs.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability
Pay: $150.00 - $250.00 per day
