What are the responsibilities and job description for the Laborer position at GMJ County Acres?
We're looking to add two more laborers to our team here at County Acres
We sell, install, finish, and service manufactured homes
We are outside in most weather types (Cold, hot, windy, humid, etc) unless unsafe
This is a quick paced job
Needs
*Drivers license
*Able to frequently lift 70lbs
*Able to crawl under homes and climb ladders
*Communication/Good people skills
*Work a normal Mon-Friday schedule
*Work boots
*On time
*Pass a drug test
If you cannot be on time for when we leave for the day we just leave. We cannot wait on someone
Looking for but not required
*Experience installing vinyl siding or skirting
*Roofing experience
*Carpentry
Day to day tasks
*Installing homes- Helping carry out blocks, remove axles, install anchors
*Install vinyl siding
*Help another crew on finishing or concrete
*Move furniture in display models
*Etc
Gloves & safety glasses provided
These are not required but pay can be adjusted to match these with provable experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 50 per week
