Product Manager – AI Inference Platform (PLG & Growth)
Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic Product Manager to lead the product planning, competitive benchmarking, and PLG (Product-Led Growth) conversion for our AI Inference Engine. You will directly influence the platform's product direction, growth efficiency, and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Intelligence & Strategy: Conduct end-to-end commercial and market research. Continually benchmark against competitors to understand market needs and translate insights into actionable product strategies.
- Product Roadmap & Execution: Define and iterate the platform-level roadmap. Demonstrate strong judgment in trade-offs and prioritization amidst uncertainty to drive successful delivery.
- Growth Ecosystem (Developer & SMB): Build and optimize the growth lifecycle for developers and SMB users—covering onboarding, activation, retention, and scalability.
- UX & PLG Conversion: Leverage a deep understanding of Console and self-service platform experiences to drive PLG conversion (Trial → Paid → Expansion).
- Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously refine conversion funnels based on data. Take full ownership of core product experience and PLG metrics (activation rate, retention, and revenue).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Growth, and Marketing teams to transform platform capabilities into reproducible success stories.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5 years of PM experience with a background in Platform, Developer Tools, or SaaS products.
- Revenue Impact: Proven track record of managing platform products with a significant revenue scale (USD 10M ).
- End-to-End Delivery: Experience building core products or platforms from 0 to 1 and managing revenue funnels.
- Growth Track Record: Demonstrated success in driving tangible growth or revenue uplift for SMB or developer users through specific features or product mechanisms.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong capacity for independent commercial thinking; proactive in researching markets and competitors.
- Domain Expertise: Mature understanding and hands-on experience in SMB user needs, Console UX design, and PLG growth logic.
- Result-Oriented: A strong sense of ownership over conversion and growth KPIs.
Preferred Qualifications (Plus):
- Experience with AI MaaS (Model-as-a-Service), Cloud platforms, API-based products, or Generative AI applications.
- Hands-on experience in SMB pricing strategy, packaging design, or self-service billing systems.
- Familiarity with PLG growth models and the ability to drive product decisions through data analytics.
