Server – $6.05/hour tips. Total hourly earnings are guaranteed to meet or exceed the applicable New Jersey minimum wage, with the employer making up any difference if tips are insufficient.

Job Description:
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Seasonal Servers to join our team from May through October. As a server at The Point, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to guests while maintaining a fun and vibrant atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests professionally.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar preferred.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
