Job Title: Carpenter
Summary:
GMH Fence, a leader in the commercial/ residential fence industry, is looking for a Wood Carpenter based in East Longmeadow, MA
Duties:
Primary duties include but are not limited to: Carpentry experience, using table saws; gang press drills; air nailers; other tools of the trade. Ability to build by design and follow drawings to make and assemble wood components into finished fence product. Knowledge of different types of wood; stockade panels, pickets and gates. Accurate measuring and attention to detail. Operate a fork lift; train on use of a PVC router. Maintain safety regulations. Work will be performed both inside a woodshop and outside in the yard. Some heavy lifting not to exceed 50 lbs.
Requirements:
Woodworking and carpentry experience at a fast-paced production level. Able to begin work at 6:30am. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
