What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed Agent – Active 2-15 or 2-40 license required
• Sales Experience – 3 to 5 years of Sales Experience. Insurance experience is a plus—but not required
• Strong Communication – Friendly, confident phone presence; excellent verbal and written skills
• Punctual & Reliable – You thrive on consistency, reliability, and accountability
• Customer-Centric – Skilled in relationship-building and trust-earning
• Quick Learner – Eager to master new products and sales techniques
• Fast-Paced Performer – Success in high-volume environments is a plus
• Team-Oriented & Independent – Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and self-motived for individual performance
• Reliable Transportation – Valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle
