Shift:
- Monday 5:45 PM - 12:00 AM
- Tuesday 5:45 PM - 2:30 AM
- Every other Wednesday and Thursday 5:45 PM - 2:30 AM
- Every other Saturday 5:45 PM - 2:30 AM
- Sunday 3:45 PM - 10:30 PM
- (Alternating Saturday\Sunday shifts with Wednesday\Thursday shifts)
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Operate cash drawer and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned work area
- Monitor and enforce safety and security protocols
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages - Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age and casino gaming
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience is a must
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail/bartending or customer service role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and ticket calculations
- Proficient in operating a cash register and 10-key typing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 21 or older
