What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Sales Executive, you are the primary relationship manager and trusted partner for our third party network. You’ll play a key role in growing production, educating partners, and driving successful loan outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with mortgage brokers, correspondents, owners, and loan officers within your assigned territory
- Prospecting and onboarding new broker and correspondent partners while expanding existing accounts
- Training broker partners on loan programs, guidelines, pricing, and the latest technology tools
- Serving as a subject-matter expert on products, underwriting requirements, and market trends
- Collaborating closely with internal teams (operations, underwriting, secondary) to ensure smooth, efficient transactions
- Actively growing your pipeline and book of business through strategic account planning and outreach
- Providing responsive, solution-oriented support to help brokers close more loans and grow their businesses
