Role Description
As a Retail Salesperson at GMET Communications, you will assist customers with their wireless needs, provide exceptional service, and recommend products that align with their preferences. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers to address questions, demonstrating product knowledge, and meeting or exceeding sales goals. You will also be responsible for processing transactions and maintaining an organized store environment. This is a full-time on-site role based in the Birmingham, AL Metropolitan Area.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Retail Sales and expertise in wireless Product Knowledge
- Exceptional Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain customer relationships
- Experience with Sales techniques to meet and exceed performance goals

- Prior experience in the wireless retail industry is a plus
