This role is responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring high standards of customer service, and maintaining operational excellence across stores. Day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and developing store leaders, monitoring key performance indicators, implementing company initiatives, and ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and merchandising standards. - Experience in wireless, telecommunications, or consumer electronics retail is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems, basic office software, and digital tools used for reporting and communication.
- Ability to travel frequently within the district, work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and stand for extended periods in stores.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred.
