Duties:
* Provide Expert Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, understand their wireless needs, and recommend tailored Cricket Wireless plans, devices, and accessories.
* Drive Sales and Earn Commissions: Actively promote and sell Cricket Wireless products and services, achieving and exceeding sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
* Process Sales and Transactions: Accurately handle sales transactions, including activating devices, setting up accounts, and processing payments using our POS system.
* Product Knowledge and Demonstrations: Maintain a deep understanding of Cricket Wireless plans, devices, and promotions, and conduct engaging product demonstrations.
* Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing, and assist with inventory management.
* Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate product information, promotions, and store policies to customers.
Requirements:
* Sales and Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and close sales.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* POS and Cash Handling: Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
