Responsibilities

- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational procedures.
- Manage payroll, budgeting, and cash handling processes accurately and efficiently.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to maximize sales potential.
- Utilize POS systems for transactions, sales tracking, and reporting; ensure proper cashiering procedures are followed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within the store while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail or a related industry with a strong track record of supervising teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and build strong customer relationships.
- Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills.
- Experience with recruiting, interviewing, employee orientation, training & development, and payroll processing.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of retail industry sales techniques, merchandising strategies, and operational management practices.
