Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Spanish/English) Wireless Retail Store Manager to lead our retail team with enthusiasm and expertise. Duties
- Lead and supervise retail sales associates, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to maximize team productivity.
- Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, POS system management, and inventory control.
- Drive sales through effective merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional activities aligned with company goals.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a strong retail workforce that reflects our commitment to excellent customer service.
- Oversee and take ownership of the location, stock replenishment, inventory management, and efficiently utilizing downtime to maintain optimal store preformance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards while fostering a positive shopping environment for customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly using excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience in retail environments, preferably within the wireless or electronics industry.
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required to serve diverse customer needs effectively.
- Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, commission training, bookkeeping deposit binder, inventory management, POS systems, purchasing, and employee supervision.
- Demonstrated leadership in retail sales team management with experience in sales management, merchandising, stock control, cash handling, and operational oversight.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of retail math including pricing strategies and bundleing principles.
- Effective managerial communication skills with experience in training & development and shift management.
- Familiarity with or sales or phone retail environments is a plus but not required.
