What are the responsibilities and job description for the Leasing Specialist Jordan Station Apartments position at GMC Properties?
We have a great opportunity for a motivated and experienced Leasing Agent to join our company, GMC Property Management. We are a family owned and managed company that has been in the multi-family industry for over 30 years. We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1 year experience in leasing, sales, and/or customer service.
Leasing Agent Job Responsibilities include
- Provide excellent customer service to all residents and potential residents
- Must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Marketing online and in the surrounding areas to obtain new residents
- Manage incoming calls and emails for the property
- Schedule and perform tours of the community for potential residents
- Close sale to convert tour to application for residency
- Meet and/or exceed leasing goals set by Manager
- Manage current resident concerns as well as the renewal process to enhance resident retention
- Maintain all prospect, resident and leasing data in a leasing software program
- Collect and secure rental payments
- Provide accounting support to Property Manager
- Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations
This is a Full-time position and Saturdays are required.
