Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from planning to completion. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Swedesboro, NJ, with required jobsite visits to ensure project success. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and teams while ensuring top-quality results. This role is key to driving the success of our projects and contributing to the continued growth of our company.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Lead and supervise on-site construction teams
- Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance, and resolve issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments to meet deadlines and budgets
- Provide regular updates and reports to management and clients
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues or delays on the jobsite
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred, but not required))
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and methods
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- OSHA certification or strong safety knowledge a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel to jobsites as required
