We're adding an Architectural Project Manager or Architect with multifamily project experience to our team in St. Louis (Richmond Heights). A DAY IN THE LIFE

- Produce architectural documents for permit submittal as well as construction - Develop preliminary designs into construction documents - Review and coordinate construction documents content with construction project manager and consultants - Provide site and space planning for construction project managers - Review building code, local zoning, and park covenants - Prepare presentation drawings (colored site plan and elevations) - Attend client meetings, coordinate with construction project managers, structural, electrical, and civil engineers - Review project scope with construction project managers

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

- At least 5-7 years of experience required - Multifamily project experience preferred - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture  - Revit and AutoCAD experience required. 3D modeling/rendering preferred - Licensure not required. GMA supports pursuit of licensure - Please include recent work samples in your application
