Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor      Reporting to: Senior Operations Manager

Position Type: Full Time    Pay Structure: Salary Bonus


GM Property Solutions, Inc is immediately hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our property management maintenance department. GM Property Solutions is a full service property and association management company, currently managing 1,000 apartments. Our vision is to be the most Trusted Property Management firm in our market, which we accomplish through transparency, customer service, and quality.


Mission: 

  • The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising the maintenance department, serving as the critical link between field operations and the office team. This role is accountable for team performance (Turnovers, Maintenance Coordination, Inspections), communication, quality control, owner/tenant satisfaction, and continuous improvement across residential property management maintenance operations. This role must be an excellent communicator, a calm and confident problem‑solver, and a strong people manager who can set clear expectations, hold teams accountable, and navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and empathy.

Requirements:

  • 5 years experience in maintenance or construction.
  • Dispatching requires knowledge of construction & repairs to provide rough estimates and time durations
  • Technical knowledge across common residential maintenance trades
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in property management software, computer software, email, documents, spreadsheets, etc. 
  • Valid driver's license along with a clean driving record
  • Pre-employment credit / criminal screening is required
