Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers and technicians in executing test plans and procedures.
- Support installation and removal of engines, gearboxes, and components in test cells.
- Help prepare test cells, tooling, and instrumentation for scheduled tests.
- Observe and assist with operation of engine and powertrain dyno systems under supervision.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of test setups and report issues to senior staff.
- Collect, organize, and document test data accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and basic upkeep of test cell areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards during testing activities.
- Communicate progress and issues clearly with the test team.
- Other duties as assigned
- Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Strong interest in engines, powertrains, or motorsports engineering.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience (school projects, labs, clubs, or personal work).
- Familiarity with engines, drivetrains, or vehicle systems (academic or extracurricular).
- Willingness to learn test cell operations and automation tools
- Exposure to dyno testing, data acquisition, or MATLAB through coursework or projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Collaboration: Works effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Adaptability: Responds effectively to evolving business needs and opportunities.

- Ability to handle multiple projects independently
- Ability to stand, walk, and move in diverse operational environments, including race shops, arenas, and commercial facilities.
- Comfortable working in variable environmental conditions, including loud, high-traffic, or high-pressure environments.
