This position will be located in Irving, Texas and following a hybrid work model. Hybrid (Combination of work from home and in-assigned office location)

The Quality Control Analyst - CLS is responsible for ensuring adherence to internal policies as well as legal and regulatory requirements for all new loans, wholesale accounts, and all commercial account renewals. This position has contact with internal company departments.

About the role:

• Perform compliance reviews of the underwriting, funding, and system set-up process to ensure all steps are completed correctly for each Commercial Lending loan account (Which includes : Floorplan, Real Estate, Construction, Term and RLOC loans)
• Perform compliance reviews on any new loan or modifications that increase and/or decrease the dealer's portfolio Document all ‘non- compliant' issues discovered to ensure quality and promote accountability
• Communicates issues to Manager Quality Control to rectify issues discovered in compliance reviews in order to reduce risks
• Ensure compliance within the Commercial Lending Quality Control policy in monitoring UCC filings, adequate insurance policies are maintained, and all pre- and post-funding contingencies are set-up in the system of record
• Provide sign-off once compliance issues are resolved
• Perform annual compliance reviews for all underwriting, funding, and system setting processes for each Commercial Lending loan account
• Team with internal departments to improve quality
• Maintain acceptable defect rate on all files
• Suggest process improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Conform with all company policies and procedures

Education & Experience 

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
