Earn experience and gain skills for career success in our full-time summer internship program. Paid interns have the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders on meaningful projects. They also participate in development opportunities, connect with peers and have a great time!
What makes You an ideal candidate?
Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s (rising senior) or higher from an accredited college or university in General Business, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Process Management, Math, Statistics or related areas with at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship required

- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve business processes through automation and workflow optimization.
- Support the development, testing, and implementation of automation solutions using approved business automation tools and technologies.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help drive process improvements and business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document processes, and recommend automation enhancements.
- Participate in project meetings, provide status updates, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
What makes You an ideal candidate?
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Additional knowledge of VBA, SQL, Python, SAS or R is a plus
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills, this incumbent will be required to give presentations and communicate with business leaders
- Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual skills required
- Committed to delivering high-quality work and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Must be able to work independently or in a collaborative team setting

- Certified in Automation Anywhere v11 preferred
- Previous internships using Automation Anywhere v11 preferred
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
- Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
- Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
- Familiarity with AI-assisted research, summarization, and content generation
- Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection
- Experience with AI-assisted software development or automation
- Knowledge of prompting techniques to improve output quality
- Awareness of emerging GenAI capabilities and limitations
- 11 weeks of work experience (May 26, 2027- August 6, 2027)
