Responsibilities
About the role:
In this role, you will analyze financial information, trends, and forecasts to support strategic business decisions. You will develop complex models, reporting, and analytics to provide P&L insights, support various projects, and prepare ad hoc analysis for management.
In This Role You Will
- Analyze financial information, including trends and forecasts.
- Perform detailed data analytics to extract and allocate sub-ledger financial transactions
- Develop, evaluate, and monitor complex models and reporting.
- Create models and analytics to enable P&L views for products and various projects.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis for management.
- Perform time studies as needed
What makes You an ideal candidate?
- Ability to develop skillset of financial analysis software (i.e., Oracle EPM, Oracle EBS, Cognos).
- Introductory knowledge of financial models and tools such as NPV, IRR, etc.
- Maintain working knowledge of data/information sources.
- Knowledge of data analytics and programming languages such as SQL and Python
- Understanding of common database structures and querying strategies
- Exposure to modern data platforms such as Databricks
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access) or like products. Ability to effectively translate knowledge into feasible strategies, policies and processes.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage projects.
- Ability to read and interpret financial documents.
- Ability to use historical trends to develop dynamic models.
- Ability to work well with all levels of management.
- Analytical and quantitative skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Good excel skills (i.e., recording and debugging macros, charting, pivot tables).
- Good presentation and business writing skills.
- Good validation skills
Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:
- Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
- Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
- Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
- Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
- Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection

Work Experience & Education
- 0-2 years of prior experience in data analytics, forecasting, cost analytics, and P&L Reporting preferred
- High School Diploma
- Associate Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience experience; in Finance, Accounting or similar field required
- Master’s Degree
