Glynn Smith Chevrolet GMC is looking to add 1 motivated Sales Professional to our team.

We are a family-owned Chevrolet and GMC dealership serving East Alabama and West Georgia for 34 years. We have a large inventory, strong customer traffic, a trusted local reputation, and a team-first environment. We are looking for someone who is ready to work, ready to learn, and ready to build a long-term career in automotive sales.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a professional, dependable, and motivated person who enjoys working with people. Automotive sales experience is helpful, but the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are just as important.

The ideal candidate should be:

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused
• Motivated to sell and earn
• Comfortable talking with customers in person, by phone, text, and email
• Dependable and willing to follow up with customers
• Able to work in a fast-paced sales environment
• Willing to learn Chevrolet, GMC, and pre-owned inventory
• A team player with a positive attitude

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the lot and in the showroom
• Help customers select the right new or pre-owned vehicle
• Present vehicle features, options, pricing, and available programs
• Follow up with internet leads, phone leads, showroom customers, and previous customers
• Maintain strong product knowledge
• Work with managers to help complete vehicle purchases
• Deliver a professional customer experience from start to finish
• Build long-term relationships with customers

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Good communication skills

• Ability to work Saturdays
• Sales experience preferred but not required

Schedule

Full-time position. Some Saturdays required.
