Position Summary
We are looking for a commercially driven and clinically credible Senior Manager, Clinical Partnerships to lead our expansion across the US West Coast.
This role focuses on building and managing relationships with physician-led clinics, longevity practices, and preventive health providers. The ideal candidate has experience selling complex healthcare or diagnostic solutions and is comfortable engaging directly with clinicians and medical decision-makers.
This is a key role as we continue to position GlycanAge at the intersection of longevity, diagnostics, and preventive medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Clinical Partnerships
Develop and execute a strategic commercial plan across the West Coast territory in particular but with scope to the whole US market
Identify, engage, and close new partnerships with physician-led clinics, functional medicine practices, and preventive health providers
Lead discussions with medical directors, physicians, and clinic owners
Deliver clear, compelling presentations of the GlycanAge platform, including clinical applications and use cases
Negotiate and close commercial agreements
Clinical Engagement
Educate clinical partners on the science behind IgG glycosylation and its relevance to inflammation, ageing, and disease risk
Translate clinical evidence into practical use within patient care
Support onboarding and adoption within clinics, working closely with Medical Affairs
Act as a bridge between commercial and scientific teams
Account Management
Build strong, long-term relationships with key partners
Drive retention, repeat testing, and expansion within accounts
Identify opportunities for deeper clinical integration and new use cases
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Provide accurate pipeline management and forecasting
Gather insights on clinic needs, competitor positioning, and market trends
Represent GlycanAge at relevant industry events and conferences
Qualifications
Required Experience
5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in healthcare, diagnostics, medtech, or life sciences
Proven experience selling complex, high-value solutions
Experience engaging with physicians, medical directors, or clinical stakeholders
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Preferred Background
Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field
Experience in diagnostics, lab testing, or biomarker-based solutions
Familiarity with preventive health, cardiometabolic care, or longevity medicine
Skills & Attributes
Able to understand and communicate scientific and clinical concepts clearly
Strong commercial mindset with a consultative sales approach
Credible, confident communicator with clinicians and senior stakeholders
Self-driven and comfortable working independently in a regional role
Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
Location & Travel
Based on the US West Coast
Willingness to travel across the region (up to ~50%)
