About the opportunity
European gluten-free bakery manufacturer is seeking an experienced independent sales representative to introduce a range of premium frozen pastries to cafés, bakeries, hotels, caterers, specialty markets and foodservice distributors in South Florida.
The products are fully baked, individually wrapped and ready to heat and serve. Inventory is already available in a cold-storage facility in Miami and can be sold immediately.
This is a field-based, commission-driven opportunity for a self-motivated professional who already understands the Miami foodservice market and can develop new accounts quickly.
Compensation is commission-only: 10% of collected net sales, plus a $150 bonus for each new customer account that places a second order. Earnings depend entirely on sales performance.

- Chocolate Muffins
- Butter Palmiers
- Cheese Pastry Sticks
All products are gluten-free, frozen, and manufactured in Spain.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential customers in Miami-Dade and South Florida
- Visit cafés, bakeries, hotels, caterers, specialty food stores and distributors
- Present the product range and arrange product tastings
- Deliver or coordinate samples with prospective customers
- Open new customer accounts and generate initial orders
- Follow up with customers and encourage repeat purchases
- Maintain a simple report of visits, opportunities, and sales activity
- Coordinate orders with the company and the Miami cold-storage facility
Ideal candidate
- Based in Miami-Dade or close
- Existing relationships with cafés, bakeries, hotels, restaurants, caterers or foodservice distributors
- Previous experience in foodservice, bakery, frozen food or hospitality sales
- Proven ability to prospect and open new accounts
- Comfortable working independently and on commission
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to collect, transport and present product samples
- Fluent English required
- Spanish is highly desirable
Compensation
- Independent contractor position
- Commission on collected sales
- Additional bonus for opening new recurring customer accounts
