Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Coral Gables, FL, for an Account Supervisor. The Account Supervisor will oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work that aligns with client objectives. Responsibilities include building strong client relationships, leading marketing and creative strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets. The individual will also act as the primary liaison between clients and the agency, providing proactive solutions and insights to drive success.

• Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and status calls
• Anticipate client needs and proactively provide strategic recommendations
• Ensure client satisfaction through exceptional communication and service

• Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, experiential, partnerships, and media channels
• Collaborate with creative, production, strategy, and media teams to develop effective campaigns
• Help shape campaign messaging, positioning, timelines, and deliverables
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reporting

• Manage project timelines, budgets, scopes, and approvals
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Identify and solve workflow or communication bottlenecks
• Mentor and support junior account team members
• Maintain high standards of organization, detail, and accountability

• Support agency growth through upselling opportunities and client retention
• Participate in pitch development and new business presentations when needed
• Identify opportunities to expand agency services within existing accounts

• 6–8 years of experience in account management within an advertising, marketing, or creative agency
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing and advertising strategies
• Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams
• Experience with social media, content marketing, partnerships, events, and production preferred
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in project management platforms and Google/Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in a creative agency or consultancy environment is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Coral Gables, FL
