Title: Account Coordinator (Jr. Associate / Associate)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports Account Lead in communicating regularly with clients to provide updates
- Assists in addressing client questions and solving issues
- Assists with multiple projects at one time, ranging from smaller tactical assignments to supporting complex, integrated campaigns
- Collaborates closely with Account Lead, operations, and client to ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets
- Assists in the execution of all marketing activities driving client business
- Leads project timeline management – both with internal teams and with clients.
- Coordinates all external and internal meetings – gather availability, ensure that all those involved can attend and that all necessary materials are on hand and ready for remote meeting share
- Prepares tracking documents and call agendas
- Attends relevant internal and client meetings where appropriate and proactively contributes to reports by compiling notes indicating key points and clear actionable next steps and timelines
- Assists in tracking assets, traffic dates, live dates, etc
- Ensures seamless resource management by partnering with internal teams
- Performs internal, administrative, and quick-response tasks, internally channeling the client's requirements, and keeping Account Leads optimally informed
- Demonstrates detailed knowledge of the client’s business. Understand how each assignment fits into the brand scope, how creative concepts align with client goals, etc
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 1-2 Years in an agency environment (internship experience ok)
- An excellent command of both written and verbal communication; able to clearly articulate in a way that advances the business; able to adjust communication style, as necessary, to enhance effectiveness
- Exhibits integrity, professionalism, dependability, and mature thinking
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Contributor, Solution-Oriented, and Idea-Oriented
- Strong facilitation skills, both in preparing materials required and in delivery
- Can handle multiple tasks and balance competing priorities simultaneously
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments and ability to incorporate feedback effectively
