MAINTENANCE LABORER

2^nd Shift – 3pm-11pm

$25-35/hour

50lbs lifting requirement

Steel toes required

English is required, but bilingual in Spanish would be helpful. 

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on automated concrete paver production equipment, such as conveyor systems, and hydraulic systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
• Conducts preventative maintenance according to schedules to maintain equipment reliability and longevity. 
• Collaborate with production teams to understand equipment performance and address any operation concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience performing maintenance in a production setting, concrete plants especially.
• Not afraid to get dirty during their shift. Grease, dirt, and dust. 
• Experience or education in welding is required. 
• Ability to operate, or willingness to learn forklifts. 
• Experience working with concrete production machines.

Experience in robotics, programming, electronics or hydraulics is desired but not required.
