Join our team as a Civil Engineer-In-Training! As an Engineer-in-Training for GLS, we want to develop your knowledge and skill of civil engineering in preparation for a design/project management role as a Licensed Professional. Projects may include Water Systems, Sewer Systems, Roadways and/or Drainage. Responsibilities may include review and/or preparation of:
Daily Tasks may include:
- Engineering Calculations
- Construction Plans
- Cost Estimates
- Engineering Studies and Reports
- Project Scheduling
- Project Budgeting
- Design Team Management/Coordination
- Interface w/ Clients
- Interface w/ Contractors
Position has potential for growth and responsibility. Minimum requirements – Texas Professional Engineer In Training License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
This position is specifically for Civil Engineering and does not include MEP or Structural engineering positions.
