Associate Financial Advisor

GLP Financial Group is seeking motivated professionals to join our team as Retirement Representatives. In this role, you will work directly with public school educators to help them better understand their retirement benefits and develop strategies to work toward financial independence.

For over 50 years, GLP Financial Group has specialized in retirement planning for public school employees. Our representatives work with educators across 450 school districts, providing guidance on retirement plans, pension coordination, and long-term financial strategies.

As a Retirement Representative, you will:

• Work with public school teachers and staff to review retirement plans and financial goals
• Assist educators in understanding their 403(b), pension, and retirement options
• Manage and service an existing book of business
• Develop new client relationships within school districts where GLP already has access
• Conduct retirement reviews and financial education meetings with educators
• Build long-term client relationships and provide ongoing support

This position combines servicing existing clients with business development opportunities in established school districts.
