Glow Psychotherapy is a growing group practice built on the foundation of a thriving individual practice. We're inviting dedicated clinicians to join us at the ground floor of this expansion — a rare chance to help shape the culture of a modern, client-centered practice while receiving strong clinical support and room to grow professionally.
Responsibilities
- Carry a full-time caseload of 30 clients per week, with the option to expand for increased income
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to clients experiencing eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and related concerns
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, records, and scheduling in accordance with practice policies
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients
- Participate in weekly individual and group supervision
- Attend team trainings, case consultations, and practice meetings
- Participate in occasional in-person team-building activities in NYC
Qualifications
- Graduate degree (Master's or Doctoral) in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field
- Licensed or license-eligible in New York State
- Must reside in the NYC area to attend in-person team activities
- 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, particularly with eating disorders, depression, and anxiety
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, client-centered care
