Job Details
Candidate will be responsible to orchestrate the End to End automation of RF Design process for new site design, from the candidate selection to nominal design to finalizing the design. The candidate will have experience with automation & RF Design as there will be multiple tools/platforms that will have t o be connected to achieve the end goal
Skillset - Must Have skills to be considered
- 8 plus years of RF Design experience
- Good hands on exp with Link budget, RF Design principles and ACP operations.
- Must understand Capacity calculations and how to do design to satisfy a capacity need.
- Understanding Active Antenna and beamforming technology a plus
Design Tool Experience:
- Atoll expertise (MUST have) and should know the tables and settings that will influence the analysis.
Must be a team player with proven experience working across teams and working on a tight schedule.
Proven leadership qualities, along with thought leadership like published white paper etc.
Skills that will have additional weightage in the selection process
Hands on experience performing Automation work with skills in Python scripting and other automation languages
Understanding TCO of RAN and experience maximizing the RoI of invested capital of network build out
Experience in AI/ML models, especially working with Google Vertex Platform.
