JOB DUTIES :

• Engage with customers to understand their needs
• Negotiate sales terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining relationships post-sale.
• Participate in outbound sales activities including cold calling and marketing initiatives to generate new leads.
• Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles on the lot, ensuring all information is accurate for potential buyers.
• Collaborate with management on sales strategies and inventory control t
• Proven experience in outside sales,
• Strong negotiation skills
• PAY HOUR / COMISSION
