The Role

We’re looking for a skilled, passionate and growth-minded Aesthetic Nurse Injector to join our team.

This is a broad aesthetic provider role for someone who enjoys doing more than one thing well. You’ll work across injectables, advanced laser and light treatments, regenerative aesthetics, medical weight management and wellness services, while helping clients understand how those treatments can work together.

The right person balances strong clinical judgment with warmth, curiosity and initiative. You should enjoy educating clients, building relationships, refining your craft and contributing to the growth of your own practice within Glow Lab.

What You’ll Do

• Perform neurotoxin, dermal filler, Bellafill and other approved injectable treatments
• Perform advanced laser and light-based treatments, including treatments within our Sciton platform, following training and protocols
• Provide PRP treatments for facial rejuvenation, under-eye concerns and hair restoration
• Administer GLP-1 injections and support clients enrolled in medically supervised weight-management programs
• Administer IV therapy, vitamin injections and wellness boosters as appropriate
• Conduct comprehensive consultations, facial assessments and client evaluations
• Develop personalized short- and long-term treatment plans rather than focusing on a single requested service
• Educate clients on treatments, skincare, expected outcomes, maintenance and aftercare
• Confidently recommend appropriate services and products based on client goals
• Build lasting relationships that support retention, rebooking and word-of-mouth growth
• Participate in events, promotions, social content and other practice-growth initiatives
• Maintain accurate charting, consent, photography and medical documentation
• Follow all clinical, HIPAA, sanitation, safety and medical oversight protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Active Michigan RN license in good standing
• Formal training in aesthetic injectables
• Hands-on neurotoxin and dermal filler experience strongly preferred
• Aesthetic, dermatology, plastic surgery or med spa experience preferred
• Laser and energy-based treatment experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is important
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aesthetic assessment and injection safety
• Confidence conducting consultations and making thoughtful treatment recommendations
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Genuine passion for aesthetics, education and client care
• Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative
• Interest in helping grow both your own client base and the broader Glow Lab business
• Comfortable participating in events, marketing and educational content
• Collaborative, adaptable and committed to continued learning

Growth & Client Relationships

We don’t expect our providers to build a practice alone.

Glow Lab supports our team through marketing, front desk and scheduling support, an existing client base, events, promotions, cross-referrals and ongoing business development.

At the same time, we want providers who take ownership of their growth. That means creating an exceptional client experience, building relationships, encouraging appropriate rebooking, developing referrals and connections, participating in practice initiatives and bringing ideas to the table.

We believe the strongest books are built through great care, trust, education and consistency, not high-pressure sales.

Schedule

We are open to part-time or full-time candidates and have flexibility to structure the role around the right provider.

Evening and Saturday availability is especially valuable as we continue expanding access for clients outside traditional daytime hours.
