Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Maggie Valley, NC
Glow Forward ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team! We are committed to helping children and families thrive through evidence-based ABA therapy. Compensation & Schedule:Pay: $22 – $26/hour (based on experience)
Hours: Full-time or part-time
Shifts: Schedules are based on client availability with M-F schedules and multiple clients available
Location: Currently staffing cases in Maggie Valley, NC (In-Home and in school Services)

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in-school
Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
Track and document client progress

Create a safe, positive, and supportive environment
Active Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) certification (or willingness to obtain with company support)
High School Diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
Experience with children or ABA therapy a plus (not required)
Ability to pass background check
Reliable transportation for local travel
