Credentialing Specialist ABALocation: Raleigh, NC 27601Job Type: Remote (US-Based)Company: Glow Forward ABAGlow Forward ABA is expanding into multiple states and we’re looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Credentialing Specialist who can help us secure payer contracts quickly and efficiently. This role is fully remote but based out of our management office in New York.About the RoleYou will manage the full process of payer contracting and credentialing across several states where we operate. This includes preparing and submitting applications, following up with payers, gathering required documents, and ensuring Glow Forward becomes in-network with Medicaid and major commercial plans.ResponsibilitiesSubmit and track credentialing and contracting applications for Medicaid and commercial payersResearch payer requirements in multiple statesFollow up with payers until approval and contract executionKeep documentation organized (portals, notes, logins, contact info)Communicate progress and timelines clearly to leadershipUpdate internal tracking sheets to reflect real-time statusQualifications3 years of credentialing or contracting experience (ABA or behavioral health strongly preferred)Familiar with Medicaid and large commercial payers (BCBS, Aetna, UHC, Cigna, etc.)Strong organizational and follow-through skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesComfortable managing applications across multiple statesCompensationWe are open to flexible, results-based compensation structures such as:Per-payer contract flat ratePart-time monthly retainer bonusesWe are looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, and motivated to help us expand efficiently.How to ApplyPlease submit your resume.
