Job Summary:

Glow Forward ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in helping children in North Carolina move forward, glow brighter, and grow into their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide behavior analysis services to clients in their natural environments, including homes, schools, and community settings
• Develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans in collaboration with clients, families, and other professionals
• Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to inform treatment decisions
• Analyze data to identify trends and patterns, and use this information to inform treatment modifications
• Collaborate with other professionals, including psychologists, speech therapists, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and services provided
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BCBA or BCaBA
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
