We’re looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our growing practice! Our primary need is for assistance on our Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics days — Mondays and Fridays from 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with opportunities for occasional Saturday coverage from 9:00 AM–2:00 PM on our General Dentistry days.

Schedule
- Mondays: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM – Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics
- Fridays: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM – Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics
- Occasional Saturdays: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM – General Dentistry
- Potential for additional hours as the practice continues to grow
What You’ll Do
- Provide chairside assistance during pediatric and general dental procedures
- Help create a welcoming, comfortable experience for children and their families
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies
- Take dental X-rays while following proper safety protocols
- Maintain accurate patient records using Open Dental
- Educate patients and parents on procedures, post-op care, and oral hygiene
- Follow infection control and HIPAA guidelines
- Collaborate closely with our supportive, patient-focused dental team
What We’re Looking For
- Dental assisting experience; pediatric dental & orthodontics experience is a plus
- Comfortable and enthusiastic about working with children
- Experience with chairside assisting and four-handed dentistry
- Familiarity with dental clinical workflows
- Experience with Open Dental or similar dental practice management software
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate, patient, and positive approach to patient care
- X-ray certification preferred but not required
