What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Services Coordinator position at GLOW BEAUTY BAR?
The spa coordinators responsibilities include the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products, booking all appointments, making 20 confirmation calls a day, checking guests into the computer system, notifying providers when clients have arrived and charging for services performed. A professional demeanor and outgoing personality is crucial.
Coordinators are expected to learn and understand multiple online platforms used for running the spas daily activity. The ability to work quickly and independently is highly encouraged.
Additionally, upkeep of the spa is a crucial part of the spa coordinators role. You will fill and label products, organize shelving, package and mail out online orders, tag retail items, keep track of inventory, maintain laundry throughout the day, upkeep cleanliness of the spa, bathrooms and treatment rooms, trash removal, and general organization and neatness of our spa.
Friday and Saturday, roughly 9:30am-6:30pm. Working hours are subject to change. 5:30 is a general shift end time- shifts may go over 6:30 if the spa coordinator is required to stay for later appointments, or end earlier if the spa does not have scheduled appointments. You will be notified in advance of your hours.
