Job Summary
Glow and Beauty Medspa is seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist & Sales Coordinator. This is not a basic receptionist role. We are looking for someone polished, confident, sales driven, and passionate about delivering elevated guest experiences.
If you have a strong customer service skills and proven sales experience, this is an opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, high-energy medspa environment.
Compensation:
- $18 - $23 per hour (based on experience) plus commission on packages sales.
- This is a 1099 position
- No benefits at this time
What You'll Do:
- Answer phones professionally and confidently
- Convert phone inquiries into booked appointments
- Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/check-out
- Sell treatment packages, memberships, and retail products
- Educate guests on services and pricing
- Maintain appointment flow and provider schedules
- Process payments and manage invoices
- Track daily sales, KPIs, and rebooking rates
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with inventory and retail display maintenance
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and grace
- Support marketing promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Work collaboratively with nurses, estheticians, and management
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years front desk or receptionist experience
- Minimum 2 years sales experience (required)
- Comfortable discussing pricing and closing sales
- Strong communication and phone etiquette
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning booking systems
- Weekend availability required
- Medspa, aesthetics, or wellness experienced preferred
