Glow Services, LLC is seeking Advanced Mentors who can provide structure, accountability, guidance, and authentic support to youth and young adults navigating life challenges throughout Milwaukee County.
At Glow Services, we believe transformation happens through connection, consistency, and community. Our mentors play a critical role in helping youth build confidence, improve decision-making, strengthen emotional resilience, and navigate life transitions through meaningful relationships and structured support.
This is not a passive mentorship role. We are seeking individuals who can:

• Lead with accountability
• Support growth through real connection
What You’ll Do
• Provide structured mentorship through weekly engagement
• Support youth in goal-setting, decision-making, and personal development
• Reinforce accountability and positive behavioral development
• Build authentic, trust-based relationships while maintaining professional boundaries
• Create supportive environments through active listening and meaningful conversation
• Collaborate with families, Care Coordinators, and program staff
• Maintain timely documentation and communication
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Minimum of 1 year of direct experience working with youth
• Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle
• Ability to successfully complete a background check
Preferred Qualifications
• Lived experience relevant to the populations served
• Experience supporting individuals through adversity or life transitions
• Strong communication, consistency, and boundary-setting skills

Compensation & Benefits
• $18.00–$22.00 per hour
