The National General Affairs Administrator will oversee the maintenance operations of our company's facilities. The administrator will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the facilities, including equipment, systems, and infrastructure. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
Responsibilities
- Effectively oversee and lead GA team members and FM team members
- Monitor the status of maintenance tasks, track completion, and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities
- Create and implement maintenance schedules to ensure minimal disruption to operations while maximizing equipment uptime
- Develop various facilities maintenance schedules while managing and resolving all maintenance issues

- Manage and handle all vendor contacts and proposals, including vendors for various maintenance items, activities, and tasks
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and potential improvements
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests, as needed
- Plan and oversee all construction, repair, and installation activities
- Track and manage all West Point VPC Maintenance software
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure the team's cohesiveness and productivity
- Act as a point of contact for cross-functional projects involving the General Affairs department
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Oversee and ensure the efficiency of GA functions including purchasing, AP invoice processing, and vendor management
- Manage site assets by accurate recording of the acquisition, maintenance and final disposal
- Oversee and perform financial reconciliations and produce monthly reports as required
- Maintains maintenance records.
- Provide training to new team members joining the department
- Create a healthy and safe work environment for all maintenance workers
- Ad hoc reporting and projects
