Summary

Oversee 2nd shift PIO installation process and employees, including payroll, attendance and disciplinary actions. Ensure production goals are achieved for the department.

Responsibilities

Primary

• Effectively conduct meetings and other required sessions for communication of production, quality and safety requirements
• Ensure timeliness completion and quality of work performed by PIO Employees
• Oversee, order and ensure accountability of tools and appropriate materials
• Perform periodic audits to ensure installation are effectively performed
• Ensure proper documentation is completed on each install according to customer specifications and quality standards. Maintain attendance recording
• Knowledge of automotive installations installed options.
• Team leadership and motivation
• Ensure employees are following Glovis' policies and procedures
  
  

Secondary

• Maintain accurate production reporting for each installer
• Maintain accurate training reports for each installer
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audit reporting as required
  
  

Tertiary

• Required to walk his/her production area to ensure safety and best practices are being followed
  
  

Education & Experience

• HS Diploma/G.E.D.
• 1 Year of Direct Experience Required
• 3 Years of Direct Experience Preferred
• Manufacturing and/or Logistics Experience Preferred
• 1 - 3 Years of Supervisory Experience Required
  

Skills
