Summary
The Analyst - LA Warehouse (Air Logistics) position is responsible for all duties related to inbound and outbound Air Freight Forwarding operations for the West Coast SCM team. This position is mainly responsible for customer service and monitoring inbound/outbound shipment of transportation. All duties related to inbound and outbound freight forwarding operations.

The Analyst - LA Warehouse (Air Logistics) position is responsible for all duties related to inbound and outbound Air Freight Forwarding operations for the West Coast SCM team. This position is mainly responsible for customer service and monitoring inbound/outbound shipment of transportation. All duties related to inbound and outbound freight forwarding operations.
Responsibilities
- General 3PL Operations (Inbound, Outbound, In-land, and Warehouse/Distribution)
- Provide Inbound/Outbound operation services
- Monitor air import, export schedules, services, and update vendors of any documentation issues
- Manage/control with operations, customs, and truckers to minimize unnecessary costs
- Prepare all necessary shipping documentation related to international bookings and process all import/export documentation to clearing agents to include; HAWB's, MAWB's, AES's, Manifest, Shipping Instructions, Haz Cargo Decl., Bill of Ladings, and Certificate of Origin, etc.)
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, air suppliers, and inland transportation carriers to ensure that a premium level of customer service is always present
- Label the airline's required stickers and documents on outside of cargo
- Update Genisys and all related systems air shipments history
- Provide status updates for customers daily and weekly basis
- Ensure all charges are billed correctly
- Daily monitoring of urgent shipment moves
- Monitor inbound shipments for timely release and provide status updates
- Manage in/outbound shipments for timely release and provide status updates
- Manage in/outbound shipments from cargo pick up to delivery in US/Oversea
- Coordinate to check the actual cargo quantity, damages, cargo accuracy, and the banding or wrapping of cargo when required
- Other duties as assigned
