The TPL Sales and Operations Team Administrator is responsible for leading the Sales Operations function within the TPL (Third-Party Logistics) business unit. This role ensures alignment between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Corporate teams to drive revenue growth, margin control, and operational stability. The Supervisor oversees contract management, pricing control, settlement governance, and KPI performance while supporting strategic key accounts

The TPL Sales and Operations Team Administrator is responsible for leading the Sales Operations function within the TPL (Third-Party Logistics) business unit. This role ensures alignment between Sales, Operations, Finance, and Corporate teams to drive revenue growth, margin control, and operational stability. The Supervisor oversees contract management, pricing control, settlement governance, and KPI performance while supporting strategic key accounts
Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Governance
- Support Sales team in RFQ/RFP response, pricing validation, and margin structure review
- Validate AR/AP structure, GP% targets, and cost assumptions before submission
- Monitor monthly revenue, cost, and gross profit performance by account
- Identify risk accounts and propose corrective action plans
- Contract & Compliance Management
- Review customer contracts, simplified contracts, and internal approval processes (Red Folder, etc.)
- Ensure pricing and scope alignment between Sales agreement and operational execution
- Maintain contract database and renewal schedule control
- Key Account Operational Oversight
- Ensure compliance with internal accounting and audit standards
- Process Optimization & System Alignment
- Standardize Sales-to-Operation handover process
- Improve SOP for pricing approval, cost updates, and exception handling
- Collaborate with IT/System team for S-ERP, LOTS, or related tools improvement
- Team Leadershi
- Supervise Sales Ops team members (work allocation, KPI, coaching)
- Develop performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations
- Coordinate issue resolution across Operations, W&D, and Finance
- Escalate critical risks to management with structured reporting
- Settlement & Financial Control
- Monitor billing accuracy and settlement cycle time
- Oversee dispute management and credit exposure
- Support training and onboarding of new hires
