QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
2. Experience working with children or students with behavioral needs or developmental disabilities
3. Meets the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) requirements for Title 1 paraprofessionals, if applicable
4. Required criminal history background, proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status, physical examination and other required paperwork
5. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
6. Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism
7. Ability to follow direction, support crisis procedures, and maintain confidentiality
