Summary: GloTech is a leading fluid machinery technology and product development company located in South Florida. We are seeking to add a Mechanical Design Engineer to our R&D team. Job duties include carrying out product development projects, as well as providing support for completed products. We are looking for candidates with a strong mechanical engineering background, who can thrive in our dedicated, innovative, and fast-paced work environment.

Job Responsibilities:
· Work with engineering manager and fellow engineers on new product development projects
· Perform engineering calculations / analyses and create design drawings
· Develop QC / testing documents and collect data on prototypes
· Communicate with operations / production on manufacturing requirements and provide necessary engineering support
· Gather user requirements and product feedback
· After new products are released, monitor product performance and manage design updates
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
· 1 - 5 years of previous engineering-related work experience
· Strong proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD)
· Ability to multi-task, and affinity for a fast-paced working environment
· Motivated, responsibility-seeking individual
· Bilingual in English/Chinese is a plus
Compensation for Qualified Employees:
· Salary: 70-100K depending on work experience and highest engineering degree achieved
· Performance based bonus
